Teen and Family Therapy

Adolescence is a challenging time for pre-teens, teens and their families. Parents often wish they had someone to give them some guidance but they don’t want to go into a therapist’s office or “make” their teen go into one either. Sometimes it can be confusing at what point to call a therapist.

If you have reached this page on my website, it is a good time to reach out for some guidance. I always meet with parents only first in order to get background information, make some recommendations and give parents a chance to determine if my style of working with their family sounds approachable to them.

I have worked with teens for 20 years. You can stop worrying and your teen can begin to feel better; just call me and let’s set aside some time to talk through any concerns you have.
