About Me

My approach to therapy is to get a deeper and broader understanding of how and why someone is struggling. From there, I individualize my work to each and every person I meet.

Early on in my career, I worked in a residential treatment facility for women who had been facing challenges in the correctional system. Their stories of lifelong struggles within their families were breathtaking at times. However, as I watched them work through the therapeutic process and come out the other side with self-confidence and determination to live a healthy, fulfilling life, it was truly inspiring. I knew then that I wanted to work in this field, helping people to lead more satisfying lives

Sometimes we don’t know what holds us back but using therapy to propel us forward is pure resilience. Let me help you move forward towards a more fulfilling life.

I look forward to hearing from you. Please contact me via email at [email protected] or via phone call or texting to 773-407-6877 to set up your initial appointment.
